In Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, you can change the Japanese language?

I decided to Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII for my PSP but I do not know if you can watch cutscenes in Japanese. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, you can not watch screens cut into Japanese. I think you can change the text in Japanese. Why would you want to watch them in Japanese anyway?
